1. Use Website
If you are using the Digilocker app then there is a problem. Sometimes apps don’t work properly in such operations.
So you just have to open the Digilocker site and log in with your number and password, if you don’t know the password simply reset the password.
After you log in to your account now try to add your document to Digilocker now it will upload properly, if it didn’t work then follow the next solution.
2. Clear Cache of Digilocker app
The cache is nothing but the files used to make future processes faster. Sometimes these Cache files cause some issues. So in this case you can just clear these cache files in order to solve this error easily.
Steps to clear the cache of the Digilocker app:
- Tap ‘Settings’ on your smartphone.
- Go to “Manage apps”.

When you uploaded documents it will take time, sometime it may take 1-2 hours to set on your account and remove the yellow mark on the document so be patient while you are doing this process.
